Hamster cheeks..

Hi loves,

Still got some gnarley pains in my foot. I'm assuming they're related to the op, but they're not near a trauma site, so maybe it's just shin splints. Oddly though, today I've noticed a definite 'step' in the right direction on the sensation front. Some feeling is returning in my foot, so this pain could have been there all along, but I just couldn't feel it. Work that one out...

I'm intending to venture out tomorrow night for a little social. My little buddy Reeve is having a birthday party in Azucar in town. Can't believe he didn't ask me to DJ, even so I could politely decline! Should be full of good friends who I've not answered the phone to/actively avoided for the past 3 weeks. Not going to hit Blue Mountain for the after party though, that's 100% for sure. 1 beer, a kick in the leg and home I suspect...

I've got a hamster cheek in the middle of my head. Food is escaping up the hole and I'm struggling ot retrive it. I have to lay down and wait for it to slowly slide down the back of my throat, or it may be gone for years. Not ideal, but I'm trying to suss out how to tilt my head when eating, so I don't lose the morsels. Tilted back and slightly to the left seems to be the angle, but I'm only a few bites in, so I may find something more foolproof as time progresses. I must be an odd looking beast trying not to chew, head cocked to one side and leaning as far back as possible. Probably best not to risk a restaurant for a while yet!

I've also sussed out why Friday is the day I get the least hits on here. You all go for 'one quick pint on the way home' on a Friday and get in after midnight! Just goes to show what a bunch of old lushes my friends and followers are doesn't it, ha ha. 

Not gonna drop my news, you're all in the pub anyway. You'll just have to wait until I think I have your attention.
